Villas de Marbella is a newly constructed, 33-unit gated class “A” luxury Built-to-Rent patio home community, uniquely situated in the Spring Branch submarket, suburb of Northwest Houston, Texas.
Phase 1 of the project is complete, which consists of 10 units. Phase 2 is estimated to be delivered Q1 2023, which will consist of 23 units.
