Mr. Bronstein is a founder and Senior Principal of BHW, where heĀ is responsible for targeting land, retail, multifamily and office properties for acquisition, recapitalization, liquidity events, financing, and development. He has a 40-year track record of successfully investing, valuing, analyzing, financing, re-positioning, and developing a broad range of commercial real estate assets throughout the United States and Europe.

Situs, the firm Mr. Bronstein founded in 1985, grew from a local Houston-based brokerage company into one of the world's leading commercial real estate consultancies. The firm provided due diligence, primary and special servicing, and asset management to investment banks, insurance companies, opportunity / pension funds, the FDIC, RTC, and other acquirers and financiers of commercial real estate. In 2011, Situs was sold to Helios AMC, a rated special servicer sponsored by Ranieri Partners that provides commercial real estate debt and equity management services. The company had over 400 employees across nine offices in the US and Europe at the time of its sale.

Mr. Bronstein has a long history of serving as the general partner for numerous commercial real estate investments that date back to the early-1970s including raw land, retail centers, office buildings, and apartments. He created and fundraised Tricoastal Partners 08, a fund that invests in real estate on behalf of investors. BHW's principals are investors in the fund and serve as its general partner.

Mr. Bronstein has traveled extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, and Central America on real estate consulting, brokerage and finance assignments. His efforts earned him several acknowledgements as a Houston Business Journal "Heavy Hitter", an honor bestowed annually to Houston's leading commercial real estate brokers.

He earned a B.B.A. in marketing from the University of Texas at Austin where he now serves on the University's Real Estate & Investment Executive Council. He holds a Texas real estate broker's license.
