BHW Capital Breaks Ground on Class “A” Multifamily Development – Park on Napoli
Houston, TX – November 8, 2021 – BHW Capital, a boutique Houston-based multifamily developer, has recently broken ground on Park on Napoli, a 239-unit luxury class “A” multifamily community located in the Vintage Park submarket of northwest Houston. Park on Napoli is BHW’s fourth multifamily development project in Texas. The development will welcome its first residents in the Fall of 2022 and will be fully completed during Q1 of 2023.
The Park on Napoli is located near the intersection of Cypresswood Drive and Napoli Drive in Houston, Texas. The development is approximately 1.5 miles southwest from Vintage Park, a mixed-use luxury lifestyle development, and 19 miles northwest of Downtown Houston. The pet-friendly community will offer spacious one- and two-bedroom units with modern luxury finishes. Resident amenities include a resort-style pool, grill house, dog park, and a two-story fitness center with yoga studio.
